Refunds & Cancellations

1. General Refund Policy

At Skillclip, we are committed to delivering high-quality, execution-based education. Because our cohorts involve immediate access to proprietary digital assets, premium community channels, and live mentorship, we generally do not offer refunds once a program has been accessed.

2. Exceptions & Cohort Transfers

Cohort Transfers

You may request to transfer your enrollment to a future batch if requested at least 7 days before your current cohort begins.

Accidental Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the wrong tier, contact us within 24 hours (without accessing the content) for a tier adjustment.

3. Platform Abuse

Refunds will be immediately denied, and access permanently revoked without compensation, if a user is found violating the Terms of Service. This includes:

  • Downloading, recording, or pirating course materials.
  • Sharing account credentials with non-enrolled individuals.
  • Harassing mentors or other students in the private community.

4. Contact Billing Support

If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please reach out to our support team with your enrollment details.
