We started our journey with a simple whiteboard in Navi Mumbai at GS Excellence. We spent years teaching students face-to-face, understanding exactly where they get stuck, what motivates them, and how they learn best.
But as we watched our students graduate and enter the workforce, we noticed a terrifying trend: People are learning more than ever, yet proving less than ever.
Students were memorizing textbook definitions of "Marketing" or "Design," but when a client asked them to run a profitable Meta Ad or design a landing page, they froze. The traditional system was producing excellent test-takers, but terrible executors.
